It sounds like a rekindled romance between E and Sloan is a definite possibility in the next season on Entourage.
“We are back in each other’s lives,” says Emmanuelle Chriqui, who plays daddy’s little rich girl Sloan opposite Kevin Connolly as E. “I do know that we become friends first.”
First, huh? Could it be friends with benefits, perhaps? “Maybe,” Chriqui says with a laugh.
Last season, E asked Sloan for her help in trying to sign Seth Green to a sitcom he was putting together for Charlie (Bow Wow). Vincent Chase & Co. start shooting Entourage’s sixth season in March. “We’re going to get to know [Sloan] the most, probably, in this season,” Chriqui says.
And it was just announced today that the Montreal native has been cast in 13, a gritty drama flick in which she plays a wife who finds her heroin-addicted husband OD-ing in a bathtub.
And talk about an entourage. The ensemble piece also features newly minted Golden Globe winner Mickey Rourke, 50 Cent and Jason Statham, among others. In other words, don’t mess with Ms. Chriqui. She boasts, “I’ve got a good posse growing here.”

Emmanuelle Chriqui (“Entourage”) is joining the cast of Gela Babluani’s 13, a remake of the French thriller 13 Tzameti.
Michael Shannon, Ben Gazzara and Alex Skarsgard also recently have been added to the cast, which includes Mickey Rourke, Jason Statham, 50 Cent, Ray Winstone and Sam Riley.
13 concerns a young man who is forced to participate in a high-stakes game of Russian Roulette where wealthy gamblers bet on human lives.

Emmanuelle as well as Robin Wright Penn, Maria Bello, Mia Farrow, Emile Hirsch and Joel Madden will be speaking at an event sponsored by The Community on January 14 in Hollywood to speak out against the violence, in particular the sexual assaults committed against girls and women in Congo.
Emile Hirsch proved to be one of Hollywood’s most promising young actors with his performance in “Into the Wild,” the movie based on Jon Krakauer’s bestselling book about the life and tragic death of Christopher McCandless in Alaska. He also had a small but powerful role in ” Milk,” playing a supporter of slain San Francisco Supervisor Harvey Milk.
Hirsch, 23, says a trip to Congo with Oxfam last year — to witness the brutality against women and children — sparked his drive to raise awareness about that deadly conflict.
After returning, Hirsch said in a statement that he “will never forget the haunting images I saw.”
Hirsch will join several Hollywood activists, including Robin Wright Penn, Maria Bello, Mia Farrow, Emmanuelle Chriqui and Joel Madden, on Jan. 14 in Hollywood to speak out against the violence, in particular the sexual assaults committed against girls and women in Congo. The gathering is sponsored by TheCommunity.com, the social networking site owned and operated by Napa resident and human-rights activist Mary Wald.

DVD Times is reporting that “Cadillac Records” will be released on Region 1 (North America) DVD on March 10, 2009.
