Are you ready to hug it out just one last time? The summer debut of Entourage’s final season is almost upon us and HBO has released the synopses of the first two episodes. Of course, these descriptions contain spoilers, so read on only if you want to have a rough idea of what’s going to happen.
From the looks of things, Vince will have just graduated from rehab and his crew attempts to throw him a coming home party sans alcohol. That’s obviously no easy feat if you know how these guys roll. In the meantime, Ari will be attempting to work things out with Mrs. Ari (hopefully, we’ll get to know her real name finally this season). As for E, he’ll be fishing himself out of his own girl trouble as the prenup talks with Sloan cooled things down between them. Drama will be working on Johnny’s Bananas and Turtle will continue his business ventures.
Episode 8.1: “Home Sweet Home” (Written and directed by Doug Ellin)
Fresh from rehab, Vince (Adrian Grenier) is psyched about a new film idea, but the guys don’t share his excitement. Eric (Kevin Connolly) and Scott (Scott Caan) sign Johnny Galecki to their new management company. Ari (Jeremy Piven) tries desperately to win back Mrs. Ari (Perrey Reeves). Drama (Kevin Dillon) throws Vince a “dry” welcome-home party.
Episode 8.2 “Out With a Bang” (Written by Ally Musika; directed by Doug Ellin)
Vince’s movie is re-imagined as a TV film starring Drama. Ari takes Lloyd (Rex Lee) on a recon mission. Turtle (Jerry Ferrara) can’t get Alex on the phone. Eric receives a surprising voicemail from Sloan (Emmanuelle Chriqui). Andrew Dice Clay, Drama’s co-star on “Johnny’s Bananas,” needs representation.
